BLACK DOOR is available to hire for full days from Monday to Friday. Half days and weekends are NOT usually possible. The normal hire period is 9am - 6pm but this is negotiable within reason. After the agreed hire period is up overtime rates will apply. RATE: £230 per day (inc vat). OVERTIME: £20 for each hour commenced after the agreed hire period is up. PAYMENT: All rates quoted include VAT at current rate.Terms: Payment (by cash or cheque) is due in advance BEFORE work commences, unless agreed otherwise. ITEMS COVERED BY HIRE FEE: Exclusive use of studio during hire period, use of studio equipment comprising background supports, reflectors, polyboards, sundry other stands etc (details available on request). The fee does not cover consumables (background paper, paint, sticky tape, cleaning materials etc), cameras or lights. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any client cancelling a confirmed booking with less than 2 working days notice will be charged at Full Studio Rate. SECURITY: Keys will be provided at the start of the day. The security of the studio & its contents is the responsibility of the hirer during period of hire. RESPONSIBILITY: If the hirer is not on site during the hire period, please nominate the person responsible for the period of hire. The Client must have their own insurance cover against consequential loss of profit and other risks and must have cover against loss, damage or theft of any of their own equipment or equipment hired by them or goods in trust, brought on to the premises. It is the responsibility of the hirer to arrange their own Public Liability Insurance. The hirer should be able to produce a Certificate of Insurance if requested by the studio. Any materials used in connection with sets constructed by the customer shall be removed from the Studio at the end of the hire period at the expense of the customer. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Provisional bookings can be placed at any time, however confirmation on these bookings must be made as soon as possible. In the event of a same day enquiry on an unconfirmed booking we will contact the provisional booker to either confirm or release the date. All equipment and services are supplied by Black Door entirely at the risk of the customer. All equipment supplied to the client is in good condition. The client must notify at the time of supply if the condition of the equipment is not acceptable. Equipment must be returned at the end of the hire period in good condition. The client shall pay for the replacement of lost or damaged equipment. | |||||||||
